Forza will be more realistic (For example - have to slow way down on turns), while heat you can drift around corners basically at full speed. Forza will give you a variety of racing (street and off road), while heat is only street racing but you also get the thrill of the police chases. I enjoyed heat a lot due to the cops, but after you get Cars in the game are generally built for speed or for bulk, but not both, so you won't have your invincible 200 mph battering ram like in Most Wanted 2005. In all, I'd say both games are worth getting, Hot Pursuit is better, Hot Pursuit is fantastic, and Most Wanted 2012 is not nearly as bad as many people will tell you.
